A security officer has been caught on camera carrying Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan's Shoes.

The poor man ran to the CM’s car to return it after he realised that he was being filmed.

But he was not quick enough to stall his leader from landing into one more controversy. Last year, while inspecting a flood-hit area, Shivraj Singh Chouhan had made the security personnel carry him.

NDTV reports that he had gone to attend a BJP training camp at Tapovan, a religious complex, in Ujjain.

Shivraj Singh Chouhan had made a brief stop at the ashram of Jain monk Pragya Sagar, where he had taken off his shoes.

After exiting the ashram he decided to walk  to the BJP training venue, which was in the vicinity and he did that wearing shoes.

The prompted the security person to carry them.

NDTV notes that the security person tried to give the shoes to Shivraj Singh Chouhan after he came out of the ashram, but was asked to "keep them".

Someone took a video of the incident and posted it on social media, where it went viral.
