Indian-origin Kathak dancers steal the show at Russia's Got Talent with Bollywood fusion (video)

A Kathak dancer of Indian origin, Svetlana Tulasi along with her dance partner, Kumar Sharma enthralled the judges and audiences alike with their recent performance of Russia's Got Talent.   They performed on the song 'Jag Ghoomeya' from Salman Khan's movie 'Sultan'. It was a fusion of Kathak and Bollywood dance.   They performed with so much grace and swiftness that the viewers were left in a state of bliss and transfix.

The judges praised both of them highly for their stunning performance. 

Svetlana's father is a Hyderabadi Indian while her mother is Russian. She has been learning Kathak from the time she was ten years old. Her partner, Kumar is also a trained Kathak dancer in the Jaipur Gharana of Kathak. 

With this beautiful performance, Svetlana has conveniently made it to the next round of Russia's Got Talent. 

Their dance video is getting extremely popular in Russia and has already crossed 62,000 views.
