Kashmir college girl under attack for slamming pro-azadi protests

A Kashmir college girl has come under attack for publicly trashing pro-azadi protests.  Aneesa, an NCC cadet, participated in an event in Sainik School in Nagrota on Jammu outskirts. She publicly denounced azadi and stone-throwing at the event on Wednesday.  "Please don't do bad things like protests, stone-pelting or sloganeering for azadi. Azadi is nothing," she said.

A Kashmir college girl has come under attack for criticising pro-azadi protests.

Aneesa, an NCC cadet, participated in an event in Sainik School in Nagrota on Jammu outskirts on Wednesday. She publicly denounced azadi and stone-throwing at the event .

"Please don't do bad things like protests, stone-pelting or sloganeering for azadi. Azadi is nothing," she said.

Aneesa said other girls in her college were willing to participate but had been discouraged by their parents. 

"I am enjoying a lot. I want to suggest all the girls to come forward. If you want life, it is here. It is the Indian Army that is going to bring you (the joys of) life."

Aneesa studies in a government college in Anantnag.

After a video of her speech went viral, she was trolled on Facebook.
