Survey of sex products bought by Indians- Maharashtra tops the list, Karnataka next

A recent survey of 80,000 online orders conducted by ‘ThatsPersonal’, a sexual wellness products destination, revealed some amusing findings regarding sex toy sales in India.   According to the survey, Gujrat gets three times kinkier during the Garba festival period. They tend to buy more number of condoms, adult games, edible lingerie, edible body paint and pleasure rings during the festival. Surprisingly, 53% of sales in Baroda come from women!

A recent survey of 80,000 online orders conducted by ‘ThatsPersonal’, a sexual wellness products destination, revealed some amusing findings regarding sex toy sales in India. 

According to the survey, Gujrat gets three times kinkier during the Garba festival period. They tend to buy more number of condoms, adult games, edible lingerie, edible body paint and pleasure rings during the festival. Surprisingly, 53% of sales in Baroda come from women! 

The survey said that 62% sales all over the country were from men while only 38% was from women, notes Huff Post. 

Punjab turned out to have the most number of women who bought sex products in India. While most women usually buy intimate massagers, Punjabi women mostly bought arousing oils. Bhopal was the highest consumer of flavoured condoms out of which 28% buyers were women. 

In the last year, Uttar Pradesh purchased the most number of penis enlargement products while Assam bought the most number of BDSM toys. West Bengal bought the most number of candy lingerie! 

Maharashtra topped the sexual products sale list. Karnataka came in second while West Bengal finished third.
